As General Sessions Court Judge for Division 13, my court will have the wisdom, transparency, experience and patience that is needed by our community.  I will work with everyone to judge based on the policies and procedures that have made court systems successful around the United States.

My goal is to ensure that this court system provides everyone an opportunity to fairly present their case and to receive well reasoned and timely decisions that are within the bounds of the court.

I am a former athlete and graduate of the University of Arkansas.  My wife, Jacqueline, and I have been married for thirty eight years.  We have three sons, Randall Tatum, Terry Tatum II, and Terrell Tatum.  I am an avid baseball fan with two of my sons involved with professional baseball (one as a coach with the Cincinatti Reds organization and one as a recent drafted player with the Chicago White Sox organization).  We have been residents of the Memphis Metro Area for over 30 years.  When we have the time, we enjoy traveling to see our boys participate in baseball games and also showing support for our family and friends.
