At this pivotal moment, the Blueprint to Opportunity: The Urban Construction Jobs Program is here to help you seize this unprecedented opportunity.
Through our partnership with the National Urban League and TradesFutures, this program is designed to prepare and empower individuals from underserved and underrepresented communities to secure apprenticeships in the building trades.
Participants will receive guidance to enroll in a Trade Council’s Apprenticeship Readiness Program (ARP), which provides:
- Construction Industry Awareness & Math Skills: Build your foundation with industry-specific knowledge.
- Health & Safety Training: Learn best practices to stay safe on the job.
- Financial Literacy: Gain skills to manage your income and plan for the future.
- Life Skills: Develop tools for personal and professional success.
