Revamp the Answer Center
When you call the Answer Center under my administration, I want to provide you with the information you need.  There will be no referrals to other departments. If we don’t know, we’ll find out and call you back.

The Assessor’s Web Site
I want to return all of the functionality of the old site, I recognize its value to the community. I want to make it easy to use and combine it with the latest technology, so it is fast, secure and reliable. DotNet 6 is the future and I understand and use this technology daily. The mapping capability of the web site should be one of its premier features. It is sorely lacking. I can and will address this issue. 

Train the Appraisers
The appraisal staff is aging and new blood is needed. This new staff will need to be trained so you can get the most accurate and equitable values assigned to your properties. IAAO designations will be pursued under my administration. 

Enhance the Maps
You need to be able to search and print maps that mean something to you. This area has been neglected and although I was instrumental in getting the system to where it is today, it needs more work and can be better. This can be a leading feature for the web site.
